We manufacture all small turned parts according to customer requirements. A wide variety of materials are processed on state-of-the-art CNC automatic lathes. Turned parts are manufactured in diameters ranging from 1 to 50 mm with a maximum length of 200 mm.
Typical batch sizes range from approx. 100 to 100,000 pieces.

Microencapsulated adhesive can be used to secure screw connections by applying it to the threads of the screw. When the screw is turned into the thread, the microcapsules break and release the adhesive. This creates a secure connection that is resistant to vibration and loosening.
